We do hope our guests are staying safe and well.
We are delighted to be open again, and are doing all we can to help keep our guests safe. Our changeover protocol has been adjusted to take account of the pandemic and as a result takes longer, which is why the check-in and check-out times have been adjusted for this period. Please bear with us!
In the event of a national lockdown where you cannot travel and we are unable to open for guests, you will receive a full refund.
In the event of a local lockdown where either you are prevented from travelling or we are prevented from opening for guests, you will receive a full refund.
If you are unable to have your booked holiday for any other reason (including, but not limited to, illness including Covid or a requirement to self-isolate) our normal terms and conditions apply (a full refund if more than 60 days from the arrival date, or an 80% refund if within 60 days of arrival and the cottage is able to be re-let).
What should I do if I or any other guests in my party have symptoms on holiday?
You must tell us straight away if you or any member of your party has symptoms. You will be expected to return home immediately for both your own safety , and for the safety of ourselves and the local community. If you have to self isolate at Pippin Cottage we regret that we will have to charge for extended occupancy.
